Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us by email first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and must retain their original lace (uncut), original texture (intact), packaging, and original gift. Customized products (custom colors, sizes, and head circumferences) are not eligible for return.

Please note:

1. Shipping and customs fees incurred for returns and refunds are entirely borne by the customer. We will arrange the refund after receiving and inspecting the merchandise.

2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unstylized (free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, or wear) with the product gifts and packaging attached. Defective items must be reported by email within 30 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue a credit. 3. We do not provide return labels when shipping goods. If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact customer service for the address. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on a collect basis.


4. If the customer refuses delivery and delivery fails, the cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Refunds:

1. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain period. If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.

2. If you have any issues with the order / products / payment, please contact us first. If you return the items without informing us in advance, or if there is no valid reason for the dispute, we will not guarantee your full refund in accordance with the policy.

Cancellation and exchange:

We accept order cancellations before shipment. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to modify / cancel it for you.

Reserved rights regarding returns:

We reserve the right to define and limit, refuse and / or reject returns at any time due to:

1. a history of irregular or excessive returns;

Incorrect items sent to us will be considered upon receipt.

In these situations, the customer protection team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the issue or determine whether we need to refuse service in the future. Although we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of all customers worldwide.

1. Customers may cancel their order within 3 hours of confirmation. We will process it within 3 hours and arrange delivery within 24 hours. If the consumer cancels their order before the delivery time and within the cancellation period stated on the website, the order will be canceled.
